Bush 1 at 80

Dear Dad,

I heard your having a big ole whing-ding in Texas for your 80th birthday. Congratulations on that. So your gonna jump out of another plain huh? I'm sure you'll enjoy the publicity, I mean experience. Here's an idea. How about I pilot the plane? A father son thing. I could put on the old flight suit again. I sure looked good in that. Just like you when you were in the service. Hey do you have any old photos of me in the service? I don't and Carl Rove keeps bugging me for some.

Either way I'd sure like to be there for the party. I think Dick Cheney will give me sometime off. There hasn't been to much to do around here since we won the war. But dad, I hear the tickets to your party are kinda pricey. Does family have to pay? Maybe you could spot me and Laura? I gotta tell ya my allowance has never been so low as this Presidant's job pays. I wanna to quit and go back to the Oil buzines, boy there's a lot of money in that game. But Andy says just stick it out for another year or so.
